  • 2026 - 2027 Service Vendor Request

    This survey requests a vendor for services to The Blue Ridge Academy for the 2026-2027 school year. All requests should be submitted by homeschool teachers and/or students' families.

    Please note that survey submissions do not guarantee approval. ​Blue Ridge Academy determines the eligibility for inclusion in the school's vendor list. Vendors must meet criteria that include, but are not limited to, one or more of the following:

    • ​Services provided must be non-sectarian, nondiscriminatory, and generally accessible to all students.
    • The vendor may not be located at, affiliated with, or operating as a school, preschool, or daycare facility.
    • Services may not be provided at a vendor's residence.
    • Services may not be provided to relatives (e.g., child, grandchild, niece/nephew, sibling, etc.) of the vendor (or its employees).
    • The vendor must be recognized as a valid California business with a public-facing website with verifiable services.
    • Businesses must be actively registered and in good standing with the Secretary of State and/or maintain an active FBN/DBA registration in the applicable county, as applicable.
    • Services must be approvable in accordance with the Enrichment Guidelines.
    • The vendor must offer a sufficient range of services that meet Blue Ridge Academy’s enrichment eligibility criteria (e.g., available to sufficient grade levels).
    • Vendor services must be provided by the approved vendor or their employees, not third-party contractors. Vendors must not “outsource” services to other contractors.

    Eligible businesses will receive applications to become an approved Blue Ridge Academy vendor. Once all documentation is reviewed, the vendor status will be communicated to the HST of the family that made the request.
